CBP has a culture that focuses on excellence without losing sight of work/life balance. We engage and retain skilled and high performing people and we value the contribution and support of all of them. We run "employer of choice" initiatives, such as mentoring and training programs, and we encourage leadership and engagement at all levels. All of this contributes to our high staff retention rate.

Alongside their client work, CBP's partners and staff take their corporate and social responsibilities seriously. The focus of our charity and pro bono efforts is the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Wintringham, the Cancer Council and Zoos Victoria. We raise funds through staff donations, entering teams into the City 2 Surf and Oxfam Trailwalker, holding Waffle Days, selling artworks through our Art Program and various other initiatives. Our staff also donate their time by providing legal advice or, in the case of Wintringham, by packing Christmas hampers for the homeless.

We are proud that we combine traditional values with a modern approach and we believe it is this balance that sets us apart from our peers.
