The firm evolved from what was essentially a commercial and property law firm with considerable work also undertaken for the petroleum industries, to one today that holds top tier expertise in areas such as construction, insurance, property, commercial litigation, insolvency, maritime, employment and environment law as well as other specialised areas.
CBP has by and large grown organically with many of its partners today having worked most, and in some cases, all their professional working lives at CBP.
