Enoch Law is a senior associate in the Insurance Group. Enoch practises in commercial litigation, particularly in the area of professional indemnity insurance and defending professional negligence claims.

Enoch has defended claims against architects, engineers, solicitors, valuers, accountants, migration agents, real estate agents and many other professionals. He has acted in matters in the CTTT, the Local, District and Supreme Courts, the Court of Appeal and the High Court. He is experienced in investigating claims, especially large-scale matters, and negotiating resolutions. He also regularly advises insurers on indemnity and policy coverage.

Enoch joined CBP as a paralegal in 2001 and was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2005. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court and the High Court.
