Maysaa Parrino is a partner in the Construction & Engineering Group. She provides advice on general construction litigation, arbitration and all forms of dispute resolution. Maysaa practices extensively in the area of local government, planning and environmental law. She advises clients on a wide range of planning and environment related matters, including merit appeals and judicial reviews in the Land & Environment Court, contaminated land legislation, compulsory land acquisitions and valuation disputes, prosecutions and enforcement proceedings.
Maysaa has advised and acted in matters involving state and federal legislation and she has liaised with various government authorities and departments at local, state and federal levels. She has particular expertise in drafting a wide range of deeds and agreements involving different levels of government and authorities such as environmental offset agreements, planning agreements and contaminated land agreements.
Maysaa is also a regular advocate in the Land & Environment Court, Supreme, District, Local, Federal Courts and the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal.
Maysaa was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2002. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Maysaa joined CBP in 2005.
