Melissa Fenton is a senior associate in the Insurance Group. Melissa has been a litigation lawyer for over 15 years and advises insurers, professionals and company directors in a variety of different areas. Her particular areas of expertise include professional indemnity, directors' and officers' liability and commercial dispute resolution. Melissa has experience in both large scale and small claim matters, acting for barristers and solicitors, auditors and accountants.

Melissa was admitted to the Federal Court, the High Court of Australia and the ACT Supreme Court in 1997. In 2002, she was admitted to the NSW Supreme Court. Melissa joined CBP in 2004.
