Kate Craig is a senior associate in the Commercial & Corporate Group. Kate has experience in banking & finance, commercial and corporate industries and insolvency matters .

Kate works on a broad range of corporate and project transactions including major property (commercial, residential and mixed use) and structured finance transactions. Kate also assists her clients in negotiating and documenting a wide spectrum of commercial transactions and arrangements. Kate regularly represents banks, financiers and borrowers.

Kate was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2006. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW. Kate joined CBP in 2006.
