Victoria Hawkins is a special counsel in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Group. Victoria has extensive experience in structuring major projects, with an emphasis on industrial and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining CBP she was Legal Manager of one of Australia's leading comprehensive engineering services companies and in an in-house capacity has been involved with a substantial number of high profile major infrastructure projects in Australia.
Victoria has also worked at major international law firms in Australia and overseas, and has gained considerable experience in all forms of project delivery, including PPPs and alliancing structures. She has extensive experience in advising the private and public sectors on public infrastructure projects.
Victoria's practice spans the structuring of projects, project risk analysis and the negotiation and review of all contractual documentation. She has been involved in projects in the power, water, resources, health, transport Defence, renewable energy and telecommunications industries.
Victoria was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2004. She is also admitted to practise in WA, ACT and England and Wales.
