Lisa Psaltis is a senior associate in the Commercial Litigation team of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Group. Lisa specialises in commercial litigation and other equitable claims including claims for injunctive relief. Her experience includes:
- acting and advising in disputes involving breach of directors' duties, professional negligence, misrepresentation, and corporate governance issues
- working as part of the ASIC enforcement team investigating and litigating alleged breaches of the Corporations Act
- acting and advising in construction and engineering litigation and disputes generally
- advising and acting for insurance companies in a wide variety of matters
- the conduct of mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes
- acting and advising in intellectual property litigation and disputes generally
Lisa has extensive experience in the conduct of complex, large scale litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants in major commercial, construction and engineering litigation.
Lisa was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1998. She is a admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Lisa joined CBP in 2004.
