Tim Seton is a senior associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Group and Construction & Engineering Group. Tim specialises in litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Tim has acted on a range of commercial litigation for a variety of clients such as construction and engineering companies, international corporations, insurers, small businesses, associations and individuals.

Tim was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2003. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Tim joined CBP in 2007.
