Debbie Kaminskas is a senior associate in the Insurance Group. Debbie practises in the area of insurance litigation and focuses on in the defence of general liability and professional indemnity claims. Debbie has acted for doctors, architects, lawyers, engineers, chiropractors, physiotherapists and a wide range of health organisations. She has a particular focus on health and medical law, including compensation to relatives claims.

Debbie also has experience in CTP and insolvency litigation.

Debbie was admitted as a solicitor of South Australia in October 2005. She is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Court and High Court of Australia and previously practised in Queensland prior to joining CBP in 2006.
