Jacqueline Haski is a senior associate in the Insurance Group. Jacqueline has extensive litigation experience and has advised a wide variety of insurers, corporate entities, public authorities and insureds.

Jacqueline specialises in the management and defence of complex liability and quantum insurance matters, specifically in the area of professional indemnity and professional negligence claims against accountants, tax advisors, stockbrokers, lawyers, valuers, engineers, architects and builders.

Additionally, Jacqueline is experienced in providing detailed policy and indemnity advice with additional expertise in general and product liability claims, as well as claims involving fraud, health and medical law and CTP claims.

Jacqueline was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2004. She is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. Jacqueline joined CBP in 2009.
