Claire MacMillan is a senior associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Group.

Claire is experienced in a range of commercial litigation matters, with her practice focusing on assisting company directors defend civil claims or criminal charges brought against them in their capacity as company directors.

Claire advises clients in relation to consumer goods advertising, misleading or deceptive conduct and compliance with advertising standards. Claire has experience in intellectual property litigation, particularly brand protection. Claire's clients also include professionals working in the sports industry.

Claire was admitted as a solicitor in 2005. She is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Claire joined CBP in 2009.
