Andrew Murray is a senior associate in the Construction & Engineering Group. His main areas of practice include construction contract drafting and the resolution of construction disputes through litigation and alternative dispute resolution approaches.

Andrew has extensive commercial litigation experience and has conducted construction and general commercial litigation in the Federal, Supreme and District Courts, including the Supreme Court's specialist commercial and technology and construction lists. Andrew provides advice to principals, contractors and subcontractors on contract documentation and project risk.

Andrew is currently completing a Doctor of Juridical Studies at the University of Sydney, focusing on reforming the law relating to legal professional privilege in the context of expert evidence and has presented a number of seminars to legal and forensic accounting professionals on litigation, insolvency law and the law relating to expert evidence.

Andrew was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2000 and joined CBP in 2010.
