Joanne Chaina Perdriau is a senior associate in the construction & engineering group. Joanne's main area of expertise is in the litigation of commercial and residential building disputes and resolution of disputes by alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration.

Joanne acts for a variety of clients including developers, builders, subcontractors, legal counsel, liquidators and consultants in the Supreme, District and Local Courts and the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal as well as in matters involving the Security of Payment Act.

Joanne also advises her clients on construction contracts including interpretation, compliance and administration as well as preparing contracts and commercial agreements.

Joanne was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2005. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia.

Joanne is the managing editor of two publications "The Practitioner's Guide to Civil Litigation (Third Ed)" and "How to Survive and Thrive in your First Year of Law".
