David Capper is a senior associate in the Insurance Group. David has experience in a number of areas of insurance law including directors & officers, professional indemnity, public liability, product liability, property damage, construction, crime and bankers bond claims as well as policy interpretation and drafting.

He has experience in the defence of large-scale commercial litigation and class actions.

David was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1989. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. David joined CBP in 2007.
