Helen Quade is a senior associate in the Property and Development Group. She has experience in numerous aspects of property law including subdivision of land, property development and commercial and retail leasing.
Helen assists her clients by providing advice and preparing documents relating to complex staged community title subdivisions, commercial and retail leasing matters and supermarket complex development. She has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting easements and other contractual arrangements between adjoining landowners. Helen advises major retailers throughout Australia and New Zealand in relation to commercial and retail leasing matters. She also has experience with dealings involving Crown land.
Helen was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2007. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, High Court of New Zealand and Supreme Court of England and Wales. Helen joined CBP in 2007.
