Tania Digges is a senior associate in the Construction & Engineering Group. Tania is a specialist in construction law and has experience in construction and engineering projects in the UK, Australia, Europe, South East Asia, the Middle East and South America.
Tania deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters. She has advised in connection with a wide variety of national and international construction projects, including project financed and privately financed deals. Tania has acted for developers, financiers, project companies, principal contractors, subcontractors, state-owned corporations, consultants and insurance companies. She has concentrated on project financed infrastructure projects and power projects and has particular experience of the construction and engineering aspects of UK PFI projects, including power stations, toll roads, railways, and defence projects. She is also experienced in the sphere of arbitrations and adjudications relating to civil engineering projects and commercial developments.
Tania has a degree in Economics and an Honours degree in law from Sydney University. She was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1997 and joined CBP in 2009.
