Debbie Kaminskas is a Senior Associate in the Insurance Law division. Debbie practices in the are of insurance litigation and specialises in the defence of public liability and professional indeminity claims. Debbie has acted for doctors, architects, lawyers, designers and physiotherapists, with a particular focus on medical negligence.
Debbie also has exprience in CTP and insolvency litigation.
Debbie was admitted as a Solicitor of South Australia in October 2005. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Court and High Court of Australia and previously practiced in Queensland prior to joing CBP
