Our People
Roland Everingham

 

Roland Everingham is a special counsel in the Insurance Law Group. He specialises in insurance litigation, focusing on professional indemnity and public liability matters. Roland has particular experience in indemnity claims involving legal practitioners. He has a wealth of litigation experience particularly in large complex disputes.

Roland has presented papers to lawyers and health care professionals on risk management and indemnity issues.

Roland was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1990. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Roland joined CBP in 2003 and became special counsel in 2005.

Memberships

 Law Society of NSW; Lawyers Engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution (LEADR); Australian Insurance Law Association; was a trustee of the Law Industry Superannuation Trust; sat on a number of Law Society and Law Council committees; is a qualified mediator
