Our People
Sam Ingui

Sam Ingui is a partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Group with expertise in employment, industrial relations and insolvency-related work. He has experience in commercial law matters of both a litigious and non-litigious nature.

Sam advises human resource professionals, employers and senior executives on legal issues arising in the workplace. He has advised on numerous complex industrial law issues, often involving different and competing areas of law.

Sam also regularly advises on employment contracts, the interpretation of awards and related instruments, the wording of restraint of employment clauses, the planning of termination strategies and large and small scale industrial restructures.

Sam was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1985. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Sam joined CBP in 1996 and became a partner in 2004.
