Alex Ostermayer is a partner in the Construction & Engineering Group. Alex is an experienced commercial and construction lawyer.
Alex is highly experienced in all details of financial and commercial matters, specialising in project development and documentation, contract administration and dispute resolution advice. He is experienced in major infrastructure projects and has provided construction services in South East Asia and the Middle East.
Alex is a regular speaker on construction law related topics to the construction and engineering industries and has taught at the Australian National University, the University of Adelaide and the University of Technology Sydney.
Alex is admitted to practise in the Supreme Courts of NSW and VIC, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Alex joined CBP as a partner in 1995.
