Anthony Perkins is a partner in the Construction & Engineering Group. Anthony provides advice to builders, subcontractors, principals and consultants in connection with project delivery, preparation of contracts, contract administration, general construction litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
Anthony also heads up the firm’s Environment & Planning Law Team, and regularly advises clients on a wide range of environmental and planning-law related matters, including rezoning and development applications, compulsory land acquisitions and valuation disputes, section 94 contributions and voluntary planning agreements, prosecutions under the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979, and land contamination audits. Anthony regularly appears as an advocate in the NSW Land & Environment Court.
Anthony joined CBP in 1998 and became a partner in 2004. He is a member of various professional associations in the fields of building and construction, dispute resolution and planning law.
