Our People
Antony Riordan

Antony Riordan is a partner and head of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Group. He has experience in all areas of commercial, construction and engineering litigation and alternative dispute resolution including expert appraisal, expert determination, mediation and arbitration. He has been recognised in the Australian Legal Business Journal as a leading intellectual Property and Construction lawyer.
 
Antony has acted for clients in the private sector (including individuals, large international corporations and smaller businesses), the public sector, professional indemnity and public liability insurers, architects, engineers, local councils, contractors, banks, liquidators and administrators.
 
Antony has advised and acted for State Government departments in complex Occupational Health and Safety test cover in the NSW Industrial Commission.
 
Antony is also skilled in managing complex major disputes requiring, in addition to legal expertise, the ability to manage and lead a litigation project team.
 

Antony was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1987. He is admitted to practise in NSW, QLD, WA, VIC, ACT and NT
