Brad Kermond is a partner in the Construction & Engineering Group. Brad provides specialist advice in respect of all facets of dispute resolution, contract advice and drafting in the construction and engineering industries. He has wide experience in all forms of dispute resolution and in particular court proceedings, arbitration, mediation and expert determination procedures.

Brad has successfully advised contractors, principals, sub-contractors, consultants and financiers involved in commercial and residential property developments, heavy engineering and civil engineering projects, marine engineering projects, and software engineering projects

Brad has lectured at conferences for the construction industry, and has conducted lectures on an in-house basis for clients of the firm on aspects affecting construction projects.

Brad joined CBP in 1983 and became a partner in 1989.
