Our People
Chris Rumore

Chris Rumore is the firm's Joint Senior Partner and head of the Property and Development Group. Chris practises in the areas of commercial property and general commercial work.

 
Chris acts for property developers, corporations, property trusts, institutions, government departments and instrumentalities on all manner of property transactions. He has written numerous articles and has given a substantial number of seminars on topics related to property law and is co-author and editor of the firm’s Property Newsletter.
 
Chris was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in March 1974. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. Chris joined CBP in 1972 and became a partner in 1976.
