David Kennedy is a partner in the Commercial & Corporate Group and leads our Club Law team. David is widely experienced in commercial law and provides both specialised and general legal counsel, as well as handling commercial transactions and disputes, legal and general drafting, management of and advice on negotiations and legal risks, and legal issue project management.
David was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1975. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. David joined CBP as a partner in 2000.
