Dunstan de Souza is Managing Partner and a partner in the Property & Development Group. He has practised principally in the area of property-related transactions including property acquisition and development, strata, stratum and community title developments, subdivisional undertakings, property-related banking and finance and commercial property leases.
Dunstan was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1985. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Dunstan joined CBP in 1985, becoming a partner in 1993 and managing partner in 2007.
Dunstan is also president of ADVOC Asia, an association of commercial law firms throughout Asia-Pacific.
