Simon Fraser is a partner in the Property & Development Group. He practises primarily in commercial property and development and finance. Simon has experience in probate litigation and supervises the firm's probate work.
Simon also has expertise in commercial law, including general corporate advice, trade practices, business sales and acquisitions and superannuation.
Simon was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 1976 and as a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of NSW in 1992. Simon joined CBP as a Partner in 1989.
