Peter Moran is head of the Insurance Group of CBP. He has over 27 years' extensive experience in insurance, reinsurance and commercial litigation. Peter has expertise in the defence of claims against solicitors and other professionals as well as public liability litigation. His experience also includes policy drafting.
Peter regularly presents papers and seminars to clients and the legal profession. He conducts training sessions for regional legal practitioners throughout NSW on good practice and risk management.
Peter was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1983. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Peter joined CBP in 1990 and became a partner in 1993.
