Tony Earls is a senior associate in the Construction & Engineering Group. Tony’s main area of practice is the litigation and arbitration of construction disputes.
Tony provides advice to builders, subcontractors, owners and consultants on contract drafting, administration and dispute resolution for commercial, industrial and residential projects. He has also been involved in cases relating to manufacturing and software development.
Before his admission as a solicitor, Tony worked as a quantity surveyor in London and Sydney. He has over 30 years' experience in the administration of construction projects.
Tony was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1994. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia.Tony joined CBP in 1994
