Sue Tan is a senior associate in the Property & Development Group. She has extensive experience in property law including acquisitions and disposals, development and subdivision of land, "off the plan" sales, and commercial and retail leasing.
Sue has undertaken due diligence and acted on the acquisition of several large development sites for major property developers. She has also undertaken due diligence on development projects in structured property finance transactions. Sue is experienced in probate and succession law.
Sue was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1994. She is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Sue joined CBP in 2000.
