Tina Douglas is a senior associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Group and works with Peter Harkin in CBP's Insolvency team.
Tina has experience in all areas of insolvency law including personal and corporate insolvency. Tina acts for Liquidators, Trustees as well as creditors. Tina's experience includes:
- advising on bankruptcy matters including the issuing of bankruptcy notices and creditor's petitions
- advising on all areas of corporate insolvency including statutory demands, winding up applications, voluntary administration, deeds of company arrangement, voidable transactions and priority issues
- advising clients in relation to debt recovery matters
- insolvency and commercial litigation
Tina was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2003. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. Tina is also admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
