Kon Nakousis is a senior associate in the Construction & Engineering Group.
Kon specialises in construction and engineering law dispute resolution. His experience includes litigation, arbitration and adjudication, as well as various forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Kon advises both contractor and principal clients on a broad range of projects. He has also acted for clients in preparing and defending claims under the security of payments legislation in NSW, Victoria and Queensland.
Kon was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2006. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court, and High Court of Australia. Kon joined CBP in 2003.
