Our People
Kon Nakousis

Kon is a senior associate in the Insurance and Commercial Dispute Resolution Group. He practices in the areas of professional indemnity, directors’ and officers’ liability, as well as general commercial litigation.

Kon has extensive experience in the conduct of complex, large-scale litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, particularly for clients in major construction and engineering disputes. He also maintains a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution across a range of dispute resolution procedures.

Kon was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2006. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Kon joined CBP in 2003.
