Alex Rhydderch is a senior associate in the Commercial & Corporate Group. Alex has experience in the pharmaceutical, animal health, media, manufacturing, apparel and technology industries.
Alex assists his clients in negotiating and documenting a wide spectrum of commercial transactions and arrangements including distribution agreements, licensing arrangements, systems integration agreements and the acquisition and disposal of shares and businesses. He also provides advice on a broad range of legal issues in the general commercial, intellectual property and technology fields.
Alex was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1999. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Alex joined CBP in 2008.
