Nicole Nott is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Group.
Nicole specialises in all forms of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, particularly equity and property related matters, building defect claims, construction disputes, retail and commercial leasing matters, general contractual claims and intellectual property litigation.
Nicole's experience includes the conduct of substantial trials as well as applications for urgent interlocutory relief. She is experienced in mediation as well as litigating matters in all major jurisdictions including the District, Supreme and Federal Courts as well as the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal and Administrative Decisions Tribunal.
Nicole's aim is to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients at the earliest opportunity whether that be through achieving a commercial settlement, proceeding to mediation or court proceedings.
Nicole was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2001. She is admitted to practise in the Federal Court as well as the High Court of Australia. Nicole joined CBP in 2005.
Nicole is a member of the Law Society of NSW, NSW Young Lawyers, Women Lawyers Association, Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia, Australian Construction Law Discussion Group and the Association for Women in Insurance.
