Avendra Singh is a partner in the Construction & Engineering Group and has practised in the area of projects and construction since 1986 both in contentious and non-contentious matters. Avendra has extensive experience in giving strategic advice on the structuring and delivery of projects and the negotiation, drafting and administration of contracts. He also advises his clients on claims management, dispute resolution, litigation and procedures under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act.
Avendra's skills have been applied in projects as diverse as airports, roads, defence, water and sewage treatment plants, high rise residential and commercial structures, industrial complexes and telephony.
Avendra was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1986. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Western Australia
