The service provided to clients by the Workplace Relations team at Colin Biggers & Paisley ranges from cost-effective risk management advice to dispute resolution between stakeholders. We advise on all aspects of industrial law and assist human resources professionals and executive management of business. The team understands the traditional legal context of employment relationships as well as the brave new world of the Federal Government’s Work Choices reforms.

Our Workplace Relations team offers services and advice in the following areas:
