Strata, community and neighbourhood title

Strata, community and neighbourhood title are becoming increasingly popular in light of the number of estates and medium density developments being created. These can include hybrid title creations such as strate and neighbourhood titles within community schemes. The complexity of the title will depend on the overall intention of the developer and the type of services it wishes to create and market.

CBP can offer specialist advice on the complexities surrounding title creation as well as strata, community and/or neighbourhood title for residential, commercial or industrial sites.

Stratum parcel

We are experienced in advising on all issues surround the creation of a stratum parcel. Stratum subdivisions are commonly used to subdivide one part of a building from another part of the same building. For example, the top part comprises residential and the bottom part is commercial. These types of subdivisions are regulated by a building management statement or a strata management statement.
