Charles has experience in commercial and residential building disputes involving developers, builders, subcontractors, consultants and home warranty insurers in the Supreme, District and Local Courts and the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal. He has extensive experience involving the adjudication of payment claims under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999. Charles also provides advice to principals, contractors and subcontractors on contract documentation and project risk.Charles was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2001 and joined CBP in 2005.
