Cheryl Weston is a senior associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Group. Cheryl specialises in insolvency matters.

Cheryl has acted on a range of commercial litigation matters for a variety of clients such as state owned and large corporations, international corporations, associations and individuals. She has also acted on a wide range of insolvency matters for liquidators, administrators and receivers.

Cheryl was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2004. She is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Cheryl joined CBP in 2010.
