Peter Harkin is a partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Group and leads CBP's Insolvency Team.

Peter has extensive experience in all areas of insolvency law. Peter acts for a number of liquidators, receivers and trustees as well as financial institutions and creditors. Peter also assists companies and businesses in financial turnaround exercises.

Peter was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1985. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Peter joined CBP in 2002 and became a partner in 2003.
