Tony Earls is a senior associate in the Construction & Engineering Group. Tony’s main area of practice is the management of construction disputes.

Before his admission as a solicitor, Tony worked as a quantity surveyor in London and Sydney. He has over 30 years' experience in the administration of construction projects.

Tony was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1994. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Tony joined CBP in 1994. His experience ranges from residential developments to major infrastructure projects, including new technologies such as software development.

Tony is currently engaged in a Doctor of Laws at Macquarie University and regularly presents seminars on legal topics.
