Colin Biggers & Paisley is delighted to announce the appointment of partner, Michael Bracken, who has joined the legal practice's growing corporate and commercial team.
Michael has an extensive corporate advisory, transaction and regulatory practice with a particular focus on financial services, banking and payments, insurance, reinsurance, capital markets, health funds and mutuals.
He has more than 30 years' experience providing corporate and commercial legal advice as well as regulatory and governance advice, with a particular focus on the insurance, financial services and health fund industry sectors. He also has experience dealing with regulators, including ASIC, APRA and the ASX.
Michael's appointment follows a period of growth for the corporate and commercial practice, which also recently welcomed partner Toby Norgate to its team in Melbourne.
Nick Crennan Managing Partner of Colin Biggers & Paisley, has welcomed Michael and said his expertise will add depth to the corporate and commercial practice in Sydney.
