Maryanne Ireland

Maryanne Ireland is a special counsel in the property development team.

Having practised for many years in property law, Maryanne has extensive knowledge and experience on a wide range of transactions and advisory. She has advised on complex property law matters, managed development projects, and large and small due diligences.  

Her experience includes advising on charitable joint venture projects, funding contracts and social and affordable housing PPP, commercial and retail leasing, residential and commercial sales and acquisitions, strata and stratum subdivisions and strata scheme management. She also provides aged care and retirement living legal advice.

Prior to joining Colin Biggers & Paisley, Maryanne was a partner and executive director at Salvos Legal.

Maryanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in addition to her Bachelor of Laws. She joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2019.
