Colin Biggers & Paisley announces eight promotions

Colin Biggers & Paisley is pleased to announce internal promotions to partner, senior associate and special counsel effective 1 July 2015.

Promotions to partner include Marc Chiarella and Michael Russell in the insurance team, Bob Miljevic in the property team and Alex Rhydderch in the commercial team.

Marc joined the firm's insurance team in December 2009 and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2012. He also has over 10 years' experience working in the general insurance industry as an executive manager. Michael joined in November 2003 as an Office Services team member. He then worked as a paralegal until July 2008 when he was admitted as a solicitor. He was promoted to senior associate in January 2012.

Bob joined the firm in July 2013 when he came across with the Morgan Lewis team as a senior associate. He was admitted as a solicitor in June 1997. Alex joined in January 2008 as a senior associate in the commercial dispute resolution team. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Shelston IP Lawyers and Cropper Parkhill Solicitors.

Colin Biggers & Paisley is also pleased to announce three promotions to senior associate and one to special counsel. Senior associate promotions went to Adrian Konstantinidis in the commercial dispute resolution team, Lucinda Morphett in the planning and environment team, and Rachel White in the insurance team. The construction team has been strengthened by the promotion of Charles Brannen to special counsel.
