Colin Biggers & Paisley hires corporate partner in Melbourne

Colin Biggers & Paisley continues its expansion with the appointment of Melbourne-based corporate and commercial partner, Andrew Komesaroff.
Andrew is a highly regarded corporate lawyer, with a particular focus on the energy and resources, forestry and manufacturing sectors. His existing clients include a number of significant Australian corporates, as well as international businesses with active Australian operations in these sectors. Andrew and Colin Biggers & Paisley’s commercial and corporate practice will continue to assist these clients with new major projects and ventures, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and capital raisings, as well as managing compliance within complex regulatory frameworks.
