Colin Biggers & Paisley announces new corporate and commercial special counsel

Colin Biggers & Paisley announces the appointment of corporate and commercial special counsel, Dalvin Chien.

Dalvin is a highly regarded commercial lawyer with over 12 years' experience in commercial law. He provides specialised and general legal counsel in various market sectors including technology, telecommunications, government, construction and hospitality. Dalvin has held a number of senior in-house counsel roles including as a senior legal counsel at one of the world's largest technology providers. In addition to his professional practice, he lectures on Commercial Drafting, a Masters of Law course at Australian National University.
