Colin Biggers & Paisley announces new property partner

12 July 2017
Colin Biggers & Paisley is pleased to announce the appointment of partner, Seamus Gunson, who has joined the legal practice's growing property team in their Melbourne office.

Seamus brings with him more than 20 years' experience working in commercial property law across Australia, South East Asia and Europe. His practice covers all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial and retail property, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, due diligence, subdivisions and industrial developments.

His clients include leading property trusts and corporations, investors, commercial landlords, tenants and property developers.

Seamus' addition will continue to strengthen the legal practice's expanding property team and Melbourne practice, after Colin Biggers & Paisley celebrated their fifth anniversary since the merger with a Melbourne-based firm. In that time, the Melbourne office has also grown headcount by 46% and added expertise in construction, property, employment, litigation and corporate.

This is Colin Biggers & Paisley's latest senior appointment in its growing practice and follows the appointments of Ana Kolovos and Tim Seton to partner on 1 July and the addition of Sian Jones, Chris Dirckze and Michael Finney.
