Colin Biggers & Paisley is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Franklin as a senior associate to their transport and logistics team in Brisbane.

Nicole has particular experience advising her clients on how to manage the legal response to high profile matters in the transport industry including investigations, environmental clean-ups, statutory responsibilities, liability and dispute resolution. She has significant experience with maritime law issues including contractual responsibilities, legal liabilities and litigation and drafting and advising on complex contractual documents.

In addition to her expertise in transport law, Nicole also has extensive experience in government administrative law. Nicole has worked with Commonwealth and Queensland government departments and agencies to conduct merits and judicial review proceedings and advise on statutory interpretation, government decision-making and privacy.

Managing Partner Nick Crennan said he is excited by Nicole's appointment to the Brisbane practice, noting the transport and logistics team's mounting reputation as a distinguished legal provider.

"Our transport and logistics team have continued to deliver impressive results for our clients. Nicole's appointment to the practice will no doubt strengthen our ability to provide quality legal advice to our clients."
