Colin Biggers & Paisley announces appointment of property partner

Rebecca Castley has joined Colin Biggers & Paisley's property team, signalling further expansion of the legal practice's Brisbane office. 

Rebecca is a highly regarded property lawyer with extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property, due diligence, joint ventures and leasing. She also advises on commercial and retail greenfield developments and refurbishments, strata titling and flat land subdivisions, as well as body corporate matters, including general advice, management rights and disputes.

This appointment is the latest in line with a number of significant recent additions. "Rebecca is well known as a leading lawyer in her field and brings a wealth of knowledge to our practice", said managing partner Dunstan de Souza.
